Engineering Manager #MNC Company

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers across various disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, etc.).
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide feedback to ensure continuous professional growth for team members.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team.
• Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and ensure the efficient use of resources
• Oversee and manage multiple engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet technical, quality, and cost specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams on complex issues and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Product Management, Manufacturing, and Quality) to address any technical challenges in product development and design.
• Ensure that engineering solutions are feasible, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Identify and implement new technologies and engineering best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team to develop creative and effective solutions for complex problems.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources and compliance with financial targets.
• Approve engineering expenditures, including capital and operational costs for projects and activities.
• Ensure that all engineering projects comply with established quality standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement effective testing and validation processes.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans when quality issues arise.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that engineering solutions meet customer needs and are manufacturable.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication across departments regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on engineering projects, team performance, and operational efficiency for senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
