Site Engineer

Job Responsibility:

1. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, constructions plan, procedures, work instructions and etc.

2. Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and resources relating to the assigned projects.

3. To prepare all construction materials quantity prior order for delivery to site

4. Plan and constantly follow up on the project progress & schedule and ensure timely completion.

5. Liaise with consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors, supervisors and all relevant parties involved in the project.

6. Resolve technical issues, and other problems that may arise.

7. Ensure project documentation is prepared accordingly as per company policies & procedures and as per Project Specifications.

8. To monitor and supervise the work on site in order to ensure project meets stipulated requirements.

9. To update on-site work progress and report to Project Manager regularly.

10.To maintain rapport with Consultant / Architect / Contractors on matters in relation to on-site construction work.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent.

2. Minimum at least 4- 5 years in High-Rise Building Construction.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English.

4. Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.

5. Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

6. Experience in Construction or Property Development Industry an added advantage.

7. Location at Johor Bahru

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
