Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and ensure supplier-manufactured parts meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Review and approve PPAP/First Article reports before customer submission.
- Identify and resolve part quality problems in collaboration with suppliers.
- Conduct on-site supplier audits to analyze root causes and verify corrective actions for material quality issues.
- Train inspectors on established inspection plans and critical dimensions.
- Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and Go/No-Go gauges.
- Prepare monthly Lot Incoming Rate (LAR) and half-yearly vendor performance reports.
- Manage and sort defective materials and coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to achieve targets.
- Perform annual supplier audits and conduct quality business reviews.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and collaborate with teams to address security issues.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma in electrical/electronic engineering, quality engineering, material sciences or other relevant field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 year of related working experience, particularly in electronic manufacturing sector.
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites for audits and inspections.
