About the role
Recharge Power Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth for our innovative range of renewable energy solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to acquire new customers and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the renewable energy industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring maximum profitability
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns
- Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to maximise their productivity and performance
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the renewable energy or sustainability sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite executives
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Demonstrable experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Thorough understanding of the renewable energy market and competitive landscape
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

岗位职责
1.负责通过各种渠道,如展会、网络、社交媒体等寻找新客户;
2.负责开发美国、欧洲、东南亚国家的新客户;
3.负责处理新老客户需要上门沟通服务的工作;
4.负责把新老客户的新需求等信息同步给总部;
5.每半月汇报新客户开发进度;
6.定期带新品出差拜访新老客户。
任职资格
1.不限华人或外籍人士,要有至少3-5年以上的销售工作经验;
2.英语流利,有良好的沟通能力和谈判能力;
3.积极向上,乐于学习,认同中国企业的制度要求和工作理念等;
4.能够适应不定期的出差;
5.支持居家办公。
