We are looking for an innovative and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to bridge our online and offline marketing efforts. This role will focus on crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that integrate seamlessly with offline events to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital tools, creative content, and event management, ensuring every touchpoint enhances audience engagement and drives results.

Website & E-Commerce Management

    - Oversee and optimize the company’s website and e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and drive conversions. - Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings for key motorsport-related terms. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product descriptions and visuals align with marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

    - Create compelling content to engage motorsport audiences, including blogs, product reviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and lifestyle pieces. - Develop social media content calendars, including posts, reels, and stories, to showcase products and brand partnerships. - Highlight premium features of the distributed products through captivating visuals and narratives.

Event Integration & Offline Marketing

    - Plan and support offline events, including product launches, rider meet-and-greets, and motorsport sponsorship activations. - Create digital assets (landing pages, social media posts, email invites) to promote events and encourage participation. - Cover events live on digital platforms, ensuring cohesive online and offline branding.

Collaboration with Brands & Influencers

    - Work closely with the premium motorsport brands we distribute to align marketing campaigns with their global strategies. - Build and manage partnerships with influencers, racers, and motorsport enthusiasts to amplify brand awareness.

Data Analysis & Reporting

    - Track and analyze campaign performance across digital platforms to ensure KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) are met. - Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the management team. - Use data to refine future campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the motorsport audience.

Market Trends & Innovation

    - Stay updated on motorsport trends and digital marketing innovations. - Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies (e.g., AR/VR experiences, interactive tools) to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with premium or lifestyle brands. - Strong understanding of the motorsport industry or passion for motorsport and high-performance products. - Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools. - Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Event management experience, including planning, promotions, and on-ground execution, is a plus.
