- Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customers personal and payment information.
- Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.
- Fluent in the required language English & Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Must have minimum 6-month call centre experience.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift 24/7.
- Willing to relocate in Petaling Jaya.
