Job Responsibilities:

  • Possess excellent Mandarin skills, with basic English communication abilities.
  • Handle customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
  • Deliver satisfactory resolutions to customers, including amending hotel/flight booking dates or processing refunds.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Work as a team to achieve KPI and SLA targets.

Customer Service for a Tourism Platform

  • Handling flight tickets, hotel changes, refunds, etc.

    Work Location: UOA Shah Alam (near LRT Subang Jaya)

    Primary Markets: Taiwan

    • Fluent in Mandarin (traditional chine.se writing required and Basic English communication
    • Educational Requirements: SPM / UEC / IGCSE or above
    • No experience needed; training will be provided
    • 19 ye.ars old or above
    • Must be able to work in shifts, including night shifts
