  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for bank customers, providing professional, timely, and efficient assistance with their banking needs. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CSR plays a vital role in maintaining the bank's reputation for trust and reliability.

Role : Customer Service Representative | Banking

Job Type : Contract (6 Months - Renewable)

Working hours : 8am-5pm/2pm-11pm

Working days : Monday to Sunday

Salary : RM2,600 - RM3,000 (Based on education & experience)

Job Description:

  • Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
  • Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
  • Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
