- Knowledge in Strata Management Act (757) 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015 & Building by-laws.
- Manage all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes and system efficiently and effectively for our client.
- Prepare minutes and reports for meeting.
- Ensure that all service charge collections are completed.
- Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents.
- Liaise with building residents and tenants on the day-to-day operation issues.
- Ensure all units owners/tenants receive monthly/periodic billing on time.
- Attend and supervise all building operation including the use of the common area, access control, security procedure, cleaning building maintenance, lift usage, facilities usage, tenants conditions and parking arrangement.
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permit and service contracts and etc. ·
- Control management and maintenance budget.
- Prepare yearly budget report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Estate Management.
- Min 2 years experiences in related field
- Required skill(s) : Good leadership, planning and organizational.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, independent and meticulous with pleasant disposition.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
Working hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
