Job Description:

Access customer BIM requirements and construct solution proposal.
Prepare initial files for project teams at BIM project setup.
To process mapping for moving an organization from 2D to 3D environment.
To provide fundamental and intermediate on training.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to advise clients on Industry Best Practices and Standards when it comes to BIM Modeling.
To provide quality control for completeness, checking, protocols, produced by Revit and BIM Software.
Lead and support all project BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers and designers engaged in the project.
Establish competent multi - disciplinary BIM teams comprised of BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
Establish BIM Strategy, BIM standards, requirements, procedures and execution plans for the organisation.
Take on the role of BIM manager overseeing Project Schedule, Cost, Resources, Risks for BIM Projects.
Able to travel and work overseas when necessary.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : Autodesk Family of BIM applications is preferred.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
Excellent knowledge in software related to BIM/REVIT/AUTOCAD.
Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
