Responsibilities:
- Assist in administration task
- Data entry for the Finance Department.
- Prepare various financial and administrative reports.
- Input transactions into the SQL accounting system (e.g: writing cheques and sending out payments, making international payments, and paying cheques into the bank)
- Responsible to update and maintain general ledger accounts of assigned companies.
- Responsible to assist the senior in preparing reporting packages.
- Responsible for the overall recording and reporting of collections.
- Responsible for the overall recording and reporting of accounts payables.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder and preferably major in Accounting or equivalent
- With minimum 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work independently and have a sense of responsibility.
- Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
