Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administration task
  • Data entry for the Finance Department.
  • Prepare various financial and administrative reports.
  • Input transactions into the SQL accounting system (e.g: writing cheques and sending out payments, making international payments, and paying cheques into the bank)
  • Responsible to update and maintain general ledger accounts of assigned companies.
  • Responsible to assist the senior in preparing reporting packages.
  • Responsible for the overall recording and reporting of collections.
  • Responsible for the overall recording and reporting of accounts payables.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder and preferably major in Accounting or equivalent
  • With minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be computer literate
  • Able to work independently and have a sense of responsibility.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
