Responsibilities:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls, text messages, and emails from customers.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within time limits; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide administrative assistance to Technical Support department.
- Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required.
Skills/Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoints
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with customer support.

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
