To prepare Payroll (staff salary and commission trip drivers).
To assist matters in relation to KWSP, SOCSO and Insurance for all staff.
To motivate and or conduct Domestics Inquiry and to take action upon staff disciplinary issues.
To prepare monthly attendances report.
To keep record ingoing and outgoing letters and documents.
To set up schedule of meeting or appointments, distribute reports and managing correspondence between office and external bodies.
To prepare and record weekly minutes of meeting and distribute to workers and management.
To make sure office equipment’s e.g., computer, laptop, printer, finger print attendance, Wi-Fi, internet, and telephone are in working conditions.
To do proper filling all related documents as per above.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
