Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Customer Support to join our team. This role is dedicated to managing and responding to direct messages, monitoring comments, and ensuring timely and professional communication with our online audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Message Management
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and messages across social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
2. Comment Monitoring
- Track and monitor comments on posts, addressing questions, concerns, or feedback in a timely manner.
- Engage with the audience to foster a positive and interactive community.
3. Brand Representation
- Maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and values in all communications.
- Ensure all responses reflect a high level of professionalism and empathy.
4. Community Moderation
- Monitor user-generated content to maintain a respectful and engaging space.
- Address negative comments or complaints appropriately, escalating where needed.
5. Reporting and Feedback
- Track frequently asked questions, recurring concerns, and feedback trends to share insights with the team.
- Highlight potential opportunities to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written communication skills in [Bahasa & English].
- Prior experience in social media customer service or online community engagement.
- Proficiency in managing messaging platforms like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
