YOUR TASKS
- To provide strategic support in the area of employee recognition, communication, HR intranet site, management of employee surveys and employee welfare programs that reinforce business strategy, improve satisfaction balanced with organization investment.
- Accountable for all internal communications that related to employee engagement and that would include high demonstration of creativity.
- Strong writing skills as he/ she will be accountable to prepare internal written communication.
- Develop and coordinate multimedia packages (e.g. letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays) for employee engagement event & activities.
- Manage all internal engagement activities for all targeted digital platforms.
- Planning and execute on end to end process of yearly internal Engagement activity.\
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g. printers, event organizers, graphic designers, vendor to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines and budget
- Research, write, design and edit internal HR process collateral that is effective and appropriate for the target employees.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to Senior Management Team.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Assist with conducting audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified and comply.
- Aggregation of data, maintaining HR data quality, and the analysis of data.
- Analyze employees’ answers to internal & external surveys.
- To support own manager to prepare and analysis reports for the department.
Requirements
- Strong written English communication
- Attention to Details, Analyzing Statistical Information, bases decisions on facts and figure.
- Generates new ideas, Innovative, enjoys being creative, thinks of original solutions.
- Enjoy Interacting with People and must be able persuades others of the value of an approach or idea. Gains commitment and support.
- Project management skills
- 4-5 years' relevant experience, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
- Degree in HR / Logistic /Marketing
