DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the recruitment process by creating job descriptions, posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and selecting the right talent.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure employee engagement through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Promote a positive work culture and manage employee retention strategies.
  • Oversee the employee performance review process, providing guidance to managers on setting objectives, feedback, and appraisals.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
  • Encourage career development by recommending programs, workshops, or educational opportunities.
  • Administer employee compensation plans, ensuring fair pay structures and benefits packages.
  • Oversee payroll administration, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Ensure the organization's benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) meet employee needs.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure legal documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
