Daily Job Scope Makes daily reservation count for arrival and departures. The reservation include booking from walk in guest, hotel website, OTA, phone calls, email and direct booking from HQ office. Complete report on timely manner such as Night audit report, Occupancy variance report, Daily summary report and more. Receive and reply call and email inquiry. (Room rates, room availability, hotel information, packages and promotion) Preparation and preregistration for group arrival (Woven beg, towel, drinking water and dental kits) Accommodating guest request and inquiry. (Morning call request, check in/ out late or early, baggage drop off, room related request such as quiet room, upper bunk or lower bunk.) Up selling room and promoting the hotel services to the guest. Handling check in and check out duties. (Expected heavy check in during night time for Capsule hotel KLIA2 estimated up to 120 rooms/pods per day) Handling cashiering duties. (Collect payment from guest, by cash or credit card) Work closely with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready in time for next guest check in. Maintain a clean and neat front desk area, to create a good impression to the guest and better working environment for FO staff. Assisting guest to complete registration form, assigned room and understand guest demand and needs. Concierge services such as provide travel information that nearby to hotel attraction or events. Report any unusual occurrences to supervisor or manager which include hotel facilities defect, payment failure, other unusual incident- miss flight. Collect feedback questionnaire from guest after check out. Restock for hotel amenities, sundries and brochures. (Woven beg, towel, drinking water and dental kits) Undertake Ad-hoc task or duty assigned by outlet supervisor, manager and management staff. Attend weekly branch meeting conduct by outlet supervisor/manager Complete handover log book before end shift/ leaving the hotel. (Cash drop report, petty cash handover, special guest request, notes and other important message)
