JOB DESCRIPTION - Business Administration Provide administrative support to management and staff. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Assist on the preparation and compilation of correspondences, reports, and filing Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time based on business requirements Managing business department-related documentation, including SOPs, policies, incentive plans, compensation plans, slides, records, etc Handle employee documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews Assist in payroll system (absences, leaves, etc) Assist in company events/training with prior prepping. Manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Ad Hoc HR matters. Qualification : Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any related fields. *Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Location : Kajang (Near to KTM & MRT Kajang) Hybrid Working Enviroment Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30 pm
