Research and Development Manager

R&D Manager has the duty of developing new products, cost and quality improvement product. In his/her day-to-day tasks makes certain that production and manufacturing lines perform efficiently, coordinates employee efforts, and facilitates communications between management and production departments. He/she also grants that Unigra product quality can be developed to meet the relevant authorities and customers requirement • Lead R&D department • Lead NPD processes from concept to commercialization including development, shelf life study, TDS, etc • Lead all development and optimization initiatives for innovative and renovative projects • Lead trial run processes, trouble-shooting and improvements in control settings • Responsible for new product development and transfer recipes from headquarter • Proactively design and establish R&D operative procedures • Responsible on product compliance with country regulation • Recruitment of R&D personnel • Establish and execute development plans, build an excellent team by retaining and growing talent. Identify learning opportunities and proactive coaching Leading and managing oriented that could be an exemplary team leader, a professional trainer and able to connect the functions of R&D and production department.
