This job is requires one to perform documenting, paperwork, organizing files and also to perform sales of motorcycle and/or accessories, merchandise, spare parts. One must be able to communicate internally and externally from customers, colleagues and suppliers and to provide sales guidance to the customers, meet sales target requirements, basic paperwork or documentation that is sales related. The responsibilities include: Selling: Sell products and services to businesses, including retail, industrial, and wholesale establishments Building relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, and expand business with existing clients Generating leads: Use industry data to identify and compile lists of potential customers Providing information: Provide specific information about products as needed Managing sales cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals Collaborating: Collaborate with team members and other departments Processing payments and invoices: Ensuring that customers fulfill their payment obligations. Providing customer service: Answering customer questions, requests, and complaints. Organizing deliveries: Ensuring that products or services are delivered on time. Monitoring sales: Monitoring sales goals and encouraging the sales team to meet their quotas. Compiling sales reports: Compiling sales reports and monitoring sales efforts. Supporting sales representatives: Supporting sales representatives and field agents by picking up calls, answering emails, and updating colleagues on urgent issues.
