Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning - Collaborate with the Executive Director and department heads to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for QO’s professional services, including intellectual property (IP), corporate advisory, and company secretarial services. - Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, balancing online, offline, and social media initiatives to achieve business objectives. - Analyze market trends and client needs to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities. 2. Campaign Management & Lead Generation - Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other professional platforms. - Monitor and optimize the lead funnel, ensuring high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue. - Identify advertising opportunities in relevant industry-specific publications, media, and events to expand brand visibility. 3. Social Media & Online Presence - Manage QO’s social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring content is professional and engaging. - Collaborate with the CEO to develop a personal branding strategy, positioning them as an industry thought leader. - Create, curate, and manage content for the CEO’s social media accounts, including posts, articles, videos, and live event updates. - Track and analyze social media performance to continuously improve engagement and reach. 4. Content Creation & Branding - Produce professional, high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, service sheets, blog posts, and white papers. - Write and proofread marketing copy, ensuring alignment with QO’s tone, standards, and branding. - Develop multimedia content such as videos and infographics to support marketing campaigns and client education. 5. Newsletter Management - Design and manage QO’s monthly or quarterly client newsletters, focusing on industry updates, service highlights, and thought leadership. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure newsletters address client needs and interests. - Monitor newsletter performance through analytics and implement strategies to improve engagement rates. 6. Market Research & Data Analysis - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, newsletters, and lead generation efforts. - Provide actionable insights and prepare monthly reports on marketing performance for the Executive Director. 7. Database & CRM Management - Maintain and update client and prospect databases to ensure accurate segmentation for targeted marketing efforts. - Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage campaigns, and monitor customer interactions for a streamlined workflow. - Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing through automated tools and personalized outreach. Qualifications & Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 1-2+ years in marketing, preferably in professional or corporate services. Skills: - Strong experience with marketing for professional services, including corporate advisory, legal, or intellectual property sectors. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems) and email marketing platforms. - Expertise in content creation, including newsletters, blogs, and social media content tailored for professional audiences. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. - Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
