1. Draft ideas and preparing sales kit / deck according to customer-based campaigns, briefs and their budgets. 2. To create monthly and quarterly department promotional campaigns for the utilisation by Advertising Sales Executives (AE). 3. Responsible in producing a generic print and digital performance deck on a monthly basis for the Sales team to update to the Clients. 4. Act as a liaison person with internal supporting units for event preparation: graphic team, video production team, reporters, photographers, finance and operations team. 5. Coordinating event from the beginning as in 360 aspects in terms of venues, suppliers, vendors, celebrities/KOL arrangement, and sound and stage system. 6. Manage the whole process of running campaigns / events from end-to-end process and 7. oversees event on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with co-workers, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down. 8. Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans. 9. Responsible in research and sourcing venues, vendors and event suppliers. 10. Maintaining a working relationship with venues, suppliers and vendors to select the best combination of quality and cost and to achieve the most favourable terms. 11. Able to communicate clear and liaise with vendors and advertising team in order to ensure the campaign runs smooth. 12. Must be ready to drive and travel around to event venues. 13. Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications. 14. Must be resourceful in searching of quotations and claims in a timely manner, and create a comprehensive and readable budget reports for recce session, pre-event and closing event. 15. Communicating with sales team to create effective branding for each event. 16. Anticipating and planning for possible different scenarios. 17. Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events. 18. Always be prepared to be perform any ad-hoc tasks given.
