Position : Admin Assistant
Report to : Account & Admin Assistant Manager / Finance Director
Scope : 1) Accounting duties
2) Administrative duties
3) Monitoring of Equipment
4) Leaves Tabulation and OT
Main Duties and Responsibilities: -
1. Administrative support to the Finance Department, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filling, making phone calls, handling mail, general ledger and basic bookkeeping.
2. Deal and communicating with internal & external customers and external agencies.
3. Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals and preparing statutory accounts.
4. All GST related tasks and work, and entering code and financial transactions appropriately
5. Processing payments to our suppliers
6. Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
7. Taking care of petty cash expenditures & transactions
8. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
9. Sorting out incoming mails
10. Reconciling all accounting ledgers as necessary and per instructions
11. Make bank deposits and keep proper records
12. Track all expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
13. Validate invoices against items and services received
14. Check all financial transactions for accuracy
15. Key data into Company Accounting system
16. Keeping and recording equipment & tool list
17. To undertake any reasonable task as may be required by the Finance Department and Management
18. Possess minimum of Accounting, LCCI qualifications with relevant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
