Location: Jalan Raja Laut & Jalan Ampang
Operation Shift: 8 AM to 11 PM (9 hours per shift including break)
: 8AM - 5PM / 2PM - 11PM
: 5 working days, 2 off days

Term of Contract : 6 months (renewable based on performance)

Job Description:

  • Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.
  • Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.
  • Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
