- Prompt Billing and Efficient Collection: Ensure timely issuance of billing statements; implement efficient collection processes to minimize outstanding and aging payments and their status.
- Loan Documentation Coordination: Maintain close communication with bankers, solicitors and purchasers; facilitate loan documentation processes, including name transfer, MOT, redemption, discharge of title, stamping, etc.
- Documentation Handling: Facilitate and monitor documents for various purposes, such as blanket consent applications, TNB & Lembaga Air Perak (LAP) account applications, termination, undertaking, and key handover.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of collection efforts, loan documentation, and on state authorities and agencies approvals.
- Sales and Purchase Document Processing: Prepare, process, and verify documents related to sales and purchase transactions; ensure the perfection of transfers and financing documentation.
- Vacant Possession and Key Handover: Prepare vacant possession letters and invoices for purchasers; coordinate necessary arrangements with internal parties for key handovers.
- File Maintenance: Establish and maintain a systematic filing record and documentation system for purchasers' files.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay knowledgeable about the Housing Development Act (HDA) and other regulatory acts; ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in all processes.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
