Location: Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM 1,200 - RM 1,400 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7 PM - 10 PM) & Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM)
Job Description:
Summitnext Technologies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive company image.
Document customer interactions accurately in our customer service management software.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
Availability to work the specified hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
