Location -
- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
Job scope -
- Verifying educational, employment, credit, and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients (APAC)
- Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
- Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
- Inbound and outbound calls, emails, reference check, and backend activities
Working Hour -
- 5 working days & 2 days off (Monday - Sunday)
- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
- 9am - 6pm/10am – 7pm
Requirements -
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
