  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircond Supervisor to lead and manage a team of technicians in providing air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair services. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage and supervise a team of air conditioning technicians.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members.
  • Actively participate in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and resolving air conditioning system issues.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and safety of completed work.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance, installation, and repair tasks.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards

Job Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in air conditioning systems, including maintenance and repair.
  • Strong hands-on experience in air conditioning installation and troubleshooting is a must.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven hands-on expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
