Position Overview:
As a Protégé - RTW Administrative, you will support the administrative operations of the organization while gaining practical experience and professional development under the Protégé - RTW program. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities in office administration, coordination, and organizational management.

Background Study:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management,
  • or Other related fields

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record management.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Support communication and correspondence, including emails, reports, and memos.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in maintaining organized records of company policies, procedures, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: 01/02/2025
