Position Overview:
As a Protégé - RTW Administrative, you will support the administrative operations of the organization while gaining practical experience and professional development under the Protégé - RTW program. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities in office administration, coordination, and organizational management.
Background Study:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management,
- or Other related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record management.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support communication and correspondence, including emails, reports, and memos.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining organized records of company policies, procedures, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
