As Learning Services Professional, APAC you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that educates our manufacturing employees on how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around of the world. You will be responsible for managing our LMS (Learning Management System), troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our colleagues there.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and attend to HR service tickets via case management tool
Create and deliver e-learnings with interactivity levels that range from basic (i.e. static text and images on screen) to advanced (i.e. multi-part, branching simulation activities)
Manage training projects from analysis, design, and production of Instructor Led materials or Computer Based Trainings.
Present training and development programs and Learning Academies using various forms and formats including group discussion, classroom, journeys, simulations, and videos.
Set-up Learning Reports for training audiences, running reports and maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Work with auditors, and internal and external customers to produce employee training records.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements to develop digital content with minimal supervision
Work cross-functionally with Learning team to load and maintain digital training assets into shared hosting sites, and build simple user interfaces for seamless user access to training assets
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with eLearning and digital training asset access
Work independently and lead projects as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment
Monitor emerging technologies, training development trends/standards and make recommendations for adoption and innovative solutions
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
1-2 years of Learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials or e-learning content
Experience using video/asset development software including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud, Articulate 360), etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Thai, as this position will be supporting Thailand.
Strong presentation skills.
Work independently and lead projects as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment
