Your Key Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
1. Policy and SOP Review:
- Lead a thorough review of all organisational SOPs and policies, ensuring legal and operational compliance.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement to align with best practices.
2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify legal, operational, and technical risks across departments and provide actionable solutions.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organisational performance.
3. Policy Enhancement and Sustainability:
- Enhance and standardise policies to address irregularities and inefficiencies.
- Ensure all frameworks are sustainable, enforceable, and practical for long-term implementation.
4. Monitoring Framework Development:
- Design and implement governance and risk monitoring systems tailored to building management operations.
- Establish KPIs and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and accountability.
What You Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. Additional qualifications in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology are an advantage.
Experience: 6–8 years in governance, risk management, or legal compliance, ideally within a complex organisational setting.
Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address diverse challenges effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering, technology, or building management systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
