Job Description:

As a Business Development, you will play a vital role in expanding the company's presence by hunting new business opportunities, promoting our services and leading a sales & marketing team. You’ll work closely with the operations team to drive results aligned with the company's goal and expectations

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively networking to foster strong customer relationships.

Sales Team Leadership: Build and lead a results-driven sales team to execute tasks and meet assigned business objectives.

Service Promotion: Promote services and healthcare solutions to potential clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth studies to draw out new potential business opportunity to enhance the business where our services would be of value

Strategic Alignment: Operate in alignment with the company's strategy to be the one stop specialist medical advisors in the market for B2B and B2C.

Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Industry Engagement: Represent the company and host events to promote our solutions, strengthening our brand presence and building networks.

Additional Duties: Participate in other sales and marketing initiatives as directed by the management team

Requirements

Educational Background: Degree required in MBBS and/or Healthcare Business management, Marketing, or a related field to healthcare and business management.

Experience: 1+ years in sales management, preferably with a proven track record in team leadership.

Skills: Self-motivated, fast learner, adaptable, and agile, with a strong business acumen.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language (Mandarin)

Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open environment, managing pressure effectively.

Growth Mindset: Demonstrates eagerness to grow alongside the company.

Travel: Willing to undertake business travel as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
