Construction Site Manager

Job Scope

• Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
• Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship.
• To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.
• Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.
• Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
• Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
• Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
• Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience from Construction background.
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules
• Willing to travel to Singapore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,600.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs
