Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, etc., to address their inquiries, provide support, and offer advice
- Track and record customer queries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and technical support departments to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM graduate and capable with Mandarin and English speaking.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service line.
