About Company :
We are a well-established event organizer specializing in corporate team building and corporate events. We handle all aspects of events, including accommodation, transportation, and merchandise for clients. Our company has been in operation since 2015, with a small, dedicated team of fewer than 10 staff members, working closely with freelancers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Prepare and update payment (PV & Receipt Vouchers).
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clients.
- Handle staff claims, salary processing, EPF & SOCSO contributions.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Vendor & Client Management:
- Deal with hotel, bus, and merchandise suppliers for event-related services.
- Liaise with government and private agencies for event requirements.
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- HR & Administration:
- Handle staff claims and salary disbursements.
- Manage EPF and SOCSO contributions for employees.
- Communicate with HRDCorp for claims submission.
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation for administrative purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferably with relevant academic qualifications (Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields).
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting and Admin-related tasks.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attributes:
- Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Must have own transport and laptop.
- Willing to travel and go outstation when required.
- Located near Seri Kembangan is a bonus.
