We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead outbound sales efforts across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XHS, Lemon8) and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in generating leads through outbound tactics, building relationships, and driving revenue through these key digital platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients, developing tailored sales strategies, and maximizing client success on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new business across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram), and other digital channels. - Lead Generation: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-up, and solution-based selling. - Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals that address client needs, leveraging social media strategies for success. - Sales Targets & Quotas: Meet or exceed outbound sales quotas and revenue targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals with new clients. - Market Research & Trend Analysis: Keep up to date with the latest trends and features on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XHS, Lemon8) and digital marketing innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions. - Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute campaigns tailored to client goals on social media. - Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value, such as influencer marketing, advertising campaigns, or advanced analytics services. - Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from client’s post-sale, identify areas for improvement, and refine sales strategies to drive longterm client satisfaction. - Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and report progress to management regularly. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with the social media teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. - Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and other key industry players to expand business opportunities.
