• Job Description Summary MRTA is about understanding and maintaining our equipment as effectively and efficiently as possible, making sure it performs as intended. The Maintenance discipline covers the development of Maintenance strategies and the planning, coordination and execution of Maintenance activities. Maintenance ensures safe, defect free and efficient operations through the regular upkeep of equipment and tools in the most cost efficient and timely manner. Job Description Typically: • Acts as an expert with either broad or deep knowledge, or both, in own field of expertise requiring a command of diverse practices, theories and sophisticated concepts. • Discipline activities concentrate on standard topics (directed by standards and procedures). • Engages with one or more (groups of) internal and external stakeholders on operational level. Scale and severity of consequences if things go wrong are limited, involving some stakeholder management. • Executes complex activities with broad guidelines and instructions to ensure effective implementation. • Is called upon as a recognized specialist in specific area within own department
