- Provide assistance in Recruitment, Orientation and On-boarding New Employees.
- Provide payroll assistance such as collecting data, ensuring record up to date and assisting with payroll preparation.
- Responsible in assisting in HR administration, procedures & policies.
- Managing office supplies and ordering necessary materials for office operations.
- Assist with company accommodations' in multiple side to provide suitable and cost effective for employees.
- Responsible for documentation and record keeping such as employee files and etc with discretion.
- Tasked with securing a range of licenses within designated timeframes.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Possess good Human Resource knowledge and understanding of Employment Act.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
