- Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant.
- Help customers settle down and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process customers’ orders and generate their bills.
- Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
- Clean all tables after customers have left and prepare them for the next set of customers.
- Serve and pack warm foods to customers in an effective manner, strictly following their orders (including any special requests).
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and coworkers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms (if any).
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Can speak and understand basic Bahasa Malaysia or English
