Responsibilities
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with the industry partners contacts
- Identify and communicate with industry partners based on based on the criteria for QS nomination
- Support the Head of Unit for Global Ranking – Employer Reputation in coordination for yearly QS industry partners nomination submission
- Coordinate the event/activities with employers that would support QS ranking
- Contact past nominated employers to remind them on QS survey
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Serves as the organisation’s agent for surveys of external employer contacts gathered
- Establish the employers’ contacts database based on the Information obtained from various inputs
- Facilitate communications and coordinate activities with the employer contacts with faculties as well other units under Career Services Department
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant academic area
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills in both written and oral (Malay, English and/or Mandarin language) with the ability to communicate and adapt to different communication styles at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused.
