Responsibilities

  • Ideation of products/ services/ offers/ solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations.
  • This role requires taking some initial direction, and then shaping concepts ahead of time to meet the GTM calendar timeline. Also requires willingness to step into an end-to-end role when needed, and not afraid of getting into actual operational matters.
  • Analyze data on customer patterns with a view to identify opportunities to serve customer and market needs.
  • Assess market environment and competitor movements, and identify risks and opportunities for the business. This includes on-ground visits.
  • Preparation of concept proposals and business cases (Back of the Envelope) and presenting the concepts at the relevant approval forums.
  • Justify and communicate concepts with strategic approach, opportunity sizing, customer benefits and financial returns.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market teams to bring propositions to market.
  • Track and analyze performance against user/ revenue/ profitability ambitions/ targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role or commercially oriented function.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with drive/ persistence/ patience to deliver.
  • Some experience with billing systems/ project management/ marketing communications will be advantageous.
