Requirements
- Min. requirement Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg: Excel).
- Independent, self-motivated & manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R) and General Ledger (G/L).
- Financial Analysis/Reporting:
a) Assist to prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
b) Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Compliance and Auditing:
a) Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
b) Assist in the preparation for financial audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
