Job Purpose
The Senior Executive, Divisional PMO will be responsible for supporting the implementation and
management of strategic projects within the Digital Transformation Division. This role involves
coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with divisional KPIs and
strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of strategic projects.
Coordinate with project team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
2. Milestone Tracking:
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Update and maintain project management tools and systems.
Identify potential delays or risks and escalate them to project leads.
3. KPI Monitoring:
Monitor and report on the division’s KPIs related to technology adoption and digital
transformation.
Prepare KPI dashboards and reports for divisional and departmental review.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and briefings.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company
- with a proven record of substantial achievements in the specific role.
- High proficiency in project management, budget management, data analysis, and
- stakeholder management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
