Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage, consolidate and validate the project requirements by engaging internal and external stakeholders to meet the project scope and timeline within an allocated budget.
- Take lead in the full life cycle of project implementation, from project planning, execution, monitoring & control, risk management, go-live and project closure.
- Understand the project risk and strategize towards minimizing or eliminating the risk impact to the project.
- Make a project Gantt chart and execute it in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are achieved or the project is closed on time.
- Follow up and close outstanding project milestones and issues.
- Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide project status reports, and phase reports to internal & external stakeholders. Documentation such as Scope of Work (SOW), Gantt Chart, Changes Request, Buyoff List, User Manual and etc are defined using document templates provided by PMO.
- Develop and manage project plans & WBS and coordinate the activities of the internal project teams and subcontractors.
- Manage the project budget in balancing the project timeline and scope.
- Manage communication with customers and internal & external stakeholders at the project level.
- To achieve excellent customer experience.
- Plan & execute knowledge transfer from Project Realization Sales Department to Customer Support Department after the project closing.
- Discipline, punctuality, professionalism and dedicated to completing the assigned jobs within a short period of time.
