  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

Darco Water Systems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our engineering projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on experience in project management within the engineering industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and monitoring the progress of multiple engineering projects simultaneously
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track project performance
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project implementation
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on project status to management and stakeholders
  • Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Collaborating with the team to implement process improvements and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project management role within the engineering industry
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with engineering principles, project life cycles, and industry best practices
