As a Sr Employee Relations Specialist at Dexcom Malaysia, You will be responsible for developing and implementing ER strategies, policies, and programs to promote a harmonious work environment, manage complex employee issues, and ensure legal compliance. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and resolution to employee-related concerns, as well as working closely with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives.

Where you come in:

  1. Employee Relations Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
    • Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR teams and people managers on ER best practices and compliance.
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner.
    • Conduct confidential interviews and maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases.
    • Conduct risk assessments related to ER and develop mitigation strategies to minimize legal and reputational risks.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation
    • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee relations.
    • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  3. Compliance and Legal Support
    • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
    • Provide guidance to management and HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze ER metrics and trends to proactively address issues and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR and ER experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and RBA
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
