  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

Axend (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering solutions.
Working Location: Batu Kawan, Penang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Descriptions

  • Carry out after-sale services including machine commissioning and operators’ training
  • Assist in product testing and ensure successful sales order
  • Support sales team in developing technical solutions for customer’s applications
  • Support sales team in technical sales presentations
  • Respond to on-site support requests and ensure quick solutions for product issues

Requirements

  • Candidate with Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in SMT/Semicon/Electronic Packaging industry
  • Experience in with wire bonder, die bonder, dispenser, UV curing, ovens, and other assembly equipment will be a huge advantage
  • High level of self-confidence, maturity & resourcefulness
  • Effective organization, problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel cross-state within Malaysia
