Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Engineer : Japanese. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical solutions to clients. In addition, they will deliver exceptional customer support and service on a daily basis.

- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in IT support or a related field
