About the role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
What you'll be doing
- Order and maintain of spare part stock
- Receiving of spare part and update into system
- Issuing of spare part to maintenance technician
- Keep related chemical document updated
- Update of maintenance work instruction or training video
- Stock check of spare part
- Prepare Production needed document
- Update of training and assessment or employee for section in-charge
- Update daily raw material request into system
- Filling and scanning of production document
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance coordination or administrative role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office suite
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Administration and basic knowledge of engineering
