Purchasing Executive
1. TO ENSURE THE MATERIALS ISSUED BY STORE IS FOLLOW CUSTOMERS’ SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
2. TO ISSUE ENQUIRY IF THERE IS ADD HOC WORK & ASSIST IN QUOTATION IF THERE IS NECESSARY
3. ANALYZE AND EVALUATE THE SUPPLY CHAIN TO IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION.
4. ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS.
5. NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS AND TERMS WITH SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE THE BEST PRICES AND QUALITY.
6. CONDUCT REGULAR INVENTORY AUDITS.
7. COORDINATE LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
8. OPTIMIZE TRANSPORTATION ROUTES AND METHODS TO REDUCE COSTS AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY.
9. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PRODUCTION SCHEDULES TO MEET DEMAND AND OPTIMIZE RESOURCE UTILIZATION.
10. COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION TEAMS TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATIONS.
11. ADDRESS ANY PRODUCTION ISSUES OR DELAYS.
12. TO COMPLY ALL SAFETY REQUIREMENT SET BY COMPANY
- Experience: 2 - 5 YEARS & ABOVE
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin & Hokkien
Education
- DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, BACHELOR IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company.
- Additional certifications in purchasing or supply chain management.
